We are currently looking for a part-time team member to join our awesome Reception crew at Cardinal Point Health Centre
The Position:
- Currently needing coverage Tuesday 9-5, Thursday 10:30-6:30 and Friday 2-6, Saturday 10-4. This may change in 2024.
- Greeting patients on entry, answering phones, coordinating appointments, managing payments, fielding questions related to our clinic & its modalities (acupuncture, massage & natural medicine), assisting our Naturopathic Physician with specific administrative tasks
- Prior reception experience and knowledge of Jane software are a plus, however, we are willing to train someone who is the right fit for our team!
- Starting wage is $18-19, with an initial review at 3 months. Wage will be increased based on performance, experience, and additional admin roles.
- Extended medical coverage is available for employees working 20hr/w and after 3 months.
The Ideal Candidate must-haves:
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Organized and an awesome multi-tasker!
- Good interpersonal relations – patient care is very important to us!
- Strong English communication skills both written and oral
- Adaptability with new systems and basic computer skills (typing, word processor, POS)
- Recent experience in health care/wellness fields are a bonus
The Clinic:
- Multidisciplinary space – currently we offer Naturopathic medicine, Registered Acupuncture, Holistic Nutrition, and Registered Massage Therapy services, with hopes to expand our offerings in the near future
- Central location close to several bus routes, with lots of parking
- Several restaurants and parks nearby (great for lunch breaks!)
